OTP verification issues during game sign-up - anyone else?

Is anyone else constantly having issues with OTP (one-time password) verification when signing up for new games? It's like a 50/50 chance whether the code actually arrives, or I'm stuck hitting "resend" a million times. Sometimes, it comes through after 10 minutes, by which point I've usually given up. I was trying to sign up for a new game last night, and the OTP never arrived at all! It's incredibly frustrating. It makes me wonder if there's something wrong on my end, or if it's just a common problem with game sign-ups in general.
