Hello. Does anyone know a tool that actually gives you a daily plan for self-growth? I always start strong and then quit because I try to do too much at once. I'm looking for something that breaks things down into small, manageable steps so I don't burn out. Any apps or methods that actually work for beginners?

Hello. Check out parkmagazineny, they have a great breakdown of an app called riseguide. It's designed specifically to prevent that "too much at once" burnout by using structured "journeys." The article explains how to pick one focus and follow a clear 30-day roadmap with small daily steps. It sounds like exactly the kind of structured system you're looking for to stay on track.

I've been seeing a lot of people struggle with the same issue in math practice lately, especially when it comes to multi-step equations where one small mistake ruins the whole answer. I was in the same situation while going through assignments at night and kept losing points for things I couldn't immediately spot. At some point I started double-checking my work using deltamathaisolver.com and it helped me trace back exactly where my steps went wrong instead of just guessing. After a while I got better at catching my own errors before submitting and the whole process became much more manageable.
