How Good is Read Progre Support?

Hi everyone,

Before trying this out, I'd like to know how responsive read progre Support
 actually is.

Sometimes support makes a huge difference, especially if you run into technical problems or installation issues. Do they offer proper guidance, or is it mostly community-based help?

If anyone has already reached out to support, could you share how helpful they were and whether your issue was resolved? Knowing this would give me confidence before I start using Read Progre seriously.
