Every year we try to do something different for our company party, but it usually ends up being the same thing — food, music, and people leaving early. Last year we rented out a restaurant, and while it was nice, it didn't really feel special or memorable. This time I'm curious if there are ways to actually bring a full show to our own venue so we don't have to travel somewhere else. Has anyone ever tried booking an event that comes directly to you?

We did that for our office gathering not too long ago, and it turned out to be the best choice we ever made. Instead of struggling with logistics, we just booked through a murder mystery location and they handled everything. The performers came to us, set up the whole show, and even got everyone involved in the storyline. It was way more engaging than the usual dinner, and people kept laughing about it for weeks afterward. If you want something that actually feels different, I'd recommend looking into it.

At one gathering we played group trivia with custom questions about our coworkers, and it had everyone laughing and participating. It doesn't always need to be a huge production — even small interactive ideas can make an event stand out.
