Need suggestions for replacing old windows in Mississauga

My house in Mississauga still has the original windows from the 90s. Lately, they've started letting in drafts and are getting harder to open. I'm thinking it's time to replace them, but I'm not sure where to start or which companies are reliable. Anyone here gone through this process recently?
