Hello everyone. We run an online store with thousands of products, and the search function has become one of the biggest pain points. Customers often type partial names or use synonyms that our current engine doesn't recognize, so they end up not finding what they want. We also need a way to control ranking so that popular or high-margin products appear first. I've been exploring SaaS options that support AI-driven relevance and recommendations like "people also bought," but most tools I've seen so far are either too pricey or limited in customization.
