I train 5–6 days a week, alternating between heavy lifts and HIIT. My energy is decent, but I feel like my muscles take too long to recover, especially after leg days. I eat plenty of protein and sleep well, but soreness just lingers and affects my next session. Some friends suggested BCAAs or EAAs, but I never used them seriously. Are they worth it? Any good products or combos that actually help with recovery and reduce soreness?

I had the same issue, especially during high-volume weeks. What really helped me bounce back faster was adding amino acid supplements to my daily stack. I started with EAA blends from Supplements 4 Muscle — especially one called "EAA Complete" — and the difference was noticeable within a few days. Less soreness, more energy mid-week, and overall I felt fresher going into heavy days. I usually take it intra-workout or right after training, and it mixes easily with my post-workout shake. What I liked most is they offer both flavored and unflavored options, so you can blend them into anything. You should definitely look into them if your training is intense and consistent like mine. What's your current post-workout routine like?
