The CESR Pathway enables doctors to demonstrate that their training, qualifications, and experience are equivalent to a UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in a given specialty. Once approved, the doctor can be added to the Specialist Register, allowing them to work as a consultant in the NHS.
