Are hardware wallets Unhackable?

Can hardware wallets be hacked? Or have hackers not yet invented such technologies? At all, I don't really understand how you can access a wallet if it's not connected to the internet. I'm planning to buy the Ledger Nano X and the ledgerlive-login.com app to manage it, but I'd like to hear your thoughts first.
