Cannabis without smoking

Is it realistic to get the very effects of cannabis but without the smoking process? I quit smoking a few years ago, and I have no desire to go back to the process and degrade my lung health again.

If the person doesn't want to smoke, I don't think trying to change their mind is going to be a good solution or tactic.
