Question on towing a 13QBB with a 2011 Infiniti FX35

Hi there.
I have a 2012 Camplite 8.6 Truck Camper which I absolutely love. I am about to buy a 2012 CL13QBB 13' box trailer. I plan to tow it with my 2011 Infiniti FX35

The truck/camper set up is my "Toy Hauler" . I drag my boats/ kayak down to the Gulf Coast here in Florida. It works great for me. My wife is OK with it, but dragging the truck camper to go out dinner etc gets old. Its why I'm doing the 13QBB and my SUV. Its alot easier to unhook and do the chores with the Infiniti.

My question is are there any of you using a small SUV to tow your trailer?
My gross towing capacity on the FX35 is 2000lbs. The QBB comes in at 1750lbs with a 180lb hitch weight.

I usually run with dry tanks - better gas milage etc.  The FX35 has a class 3 7500 lb max hitch setup. My boats weigh 1000 lbs , so Ive never max'd out.

Advise and thoughts much appreciated
