Is it normal for Audi AC to stop cooling suddenly in hot Sharjah days?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask something because I'm a bit confused about what's going on with my car. I drive an Audi and recently the AC just stopped cooling properly out of nowhere. It was working fine a few days ago, but now it blows air that feels warm, especially during the afternoon when the heat is at its peak here in Sharjah. I checked basic things like temperature settings and airflow, but everything seems normal. I even asked a friend and he said it could be gas or maybe some filter issue, but I'm not sure how serious that is. I did some searching online and came across something about an Audi AC Repair Center in Sharjah, and it got me thinking if this is a common issue here because of the extreme weather. I haven't experienced this before, so I don't know if I should go for a full checkup or try something simple first. Also wondering how long these kinds of repairs usually take and if it's expensive. If anyone has gone through the same problem, I'd really appreciate hearing what you did and how it turned out. I don't want to ignore it and make things worse, but I also don't want to rush into unnecessary repairs if it's something minor.
