Does mounjaro make you tired?

I've been on Mounjaro for a short while now, and something I didn't expect is this low-key tiredness that creeps in during the day. It's not enough to stop me from working, but it's definitely noticeable. I can't tell if it's just my body adjusting or if I should be paying closer attention to it.
