Zeker als je meerdere accounts hebt bij verschillende sites. Meestal is de resetprocedure gelukkig vrij standaard: je vraagt een reset aan, ontvangt een e-mail en kiest een nieuw wachtwoord. Wat ik zelf doe, is mijn nieuwe wachtwoord meteen veilig opslaan in een wachtwoordmanager, zodat ik het niet nog eens vergeet. Het scheelt een hoop gedoe. En als de resetmail niet aankomt, kun je vaak nog contact opnemen met de klantenservice voor extra hulp.

Toen ik op een andere laptop inlogde, wist ik mijn wachtwoord dus niet meer. Op de loginpagina van Skyhills staat normaal gesproken een optie zoals "wachtwoord vergeten". Als je daarop klikt, moet je je e-mailadres invullen en krijg je een link om een nieuw wachtwoord aan te maken. Ik heb destijds even extra uitleg opgezocht via https://b7casinonederland.com/, daar stond stap voor stap beschreven wat je kunt verwachten. Bij mij kwam de resetmail binnen een paar minuten binnen, maar check ook even je spamfolder voor de zekerheid. Nadat ik een nieuw wachtwoord had ingesteld, kon ik direct weer inloggen zonder verdere problemen. Het is eigenlijk vrij simpel, zolang je toegang hebt tot je geregistreerde e-mailadres.
