Mas acredite, isso vai passar. Fiz o curso com a Fernanda Andrade, ela conhece a abordagem ACT . O mais difícil é passar por tudo isso sozinho. Eu também achava que conseguiria, mas é realmente difícil e, quando surgem dúvidas, simplesmente não tem com quem conversar.
