For Clash Royale, you might struggle - these types of games rely on low ping and stable internet, and satellite connections usually have high latency. With the other option, it depends. Poker and slots aren't the same in terms of connectivity needs - you might be able to play poker since it's turn-based, but slots, if they require a constant connection, might be a problem.

If you want to watch a series, it's better to download it beforehand to avoid buffering. As for gaming, it depends on how much the game relies on a constant, stable connection.

That depends on what you're planning to do. For basic browsing, messaging, and even video calls, it's usually fine. But if you need low latency and high stability, it can be hit or miss.

Yeah, I've used a mobile hotspot with a signal booster before. It works well if you're somewhere with at least a weak cell signal. If you're completely off the grid, though, satellite internet is pretty much the only option. Starlink's RV version is getting popular for that.
