I have long been interested in the topic of traveling nurse work and would like to ask you a question as a person who may have practical experience in this field. How do you cope with the constant change of clinics and teams, because each new location is not only different patients, but also completely different approaches to work, organizational processes and atmosphere within the team? How difficult is it to quickly get into a new rhythm and gain the trust of colleagues, especially when you understand that the contract is temporary? And what, in your opinion, helps to adapt faster and feel more confident in a new place?

General Q & A / Re: Google Meet control

Giving control to another participant in Google Meet is a simple process that allows you to collaborate effectively during a video conference. First, make sure you are in presentation mode to give control. To do this, open the presentation or document you want to share.

Start a video call and start screen sharing by selecting the desired screen or application window.

Once you have started sharing, look for the "Control" button at the bottom of the screen (it may be labeled "Manage access").

Click it to open the list of participants. Select the person you want to give control to. If they are already in the meeting, you will be able to select their name.

Click the "Give control" or "Allow control" button. Now your interlocutor will be able to control your screen, switch slides, make notes, etc.

To take control back, simply click the same button and select "Take control".
