Yes the doors are thin wood sheet covered by aluminum and they all do this. I tore open my man door and replaced with an all aluminum sheet metal. Looks great but I messed up the spray paint by putting too much on each coat. I hve yet ti take on the rear ramp door.

I have corosion on both the rear door/ramp and the side door of my 2013 15 foot quicksilver toy hauler made by livinlite. The side door exterior aluminum had a wet plywood layer under the aluminum. The plyWOOD holding moisture is the problem

Ihave a 2013 quicksilver toy hauler with corrosion on the rear ramp/door and side door,  I ripped open the side door and found that the aluminum exterior was laminated to plywood. In my case the plywood was wet. Thus the corrosion.

I have a 2013 quicksilver toy hauler. It has corrosion on the side door and the rear drop down door/ ramp. I took the door appart and was shocked to see that the aluminum exterior has a thn wood panel laminated to the aluminum.  It was dripping wet that is what caused the aluminum to corrode. I replaced the exterior panel with 1/16 thick aluminum.
