Hi Leigh. We had the same problem. I had to replace the power center with the WFCO WF8725P. I found it on Amazon. It fit well and wasn't too hard to replace.

We just had the tonneau cover on our 10.0 replaced at a small shop that does boat tarps.  They had 2 grades of PVC - a light and a heavy. The heavier one worked well as the roll was long enough such that no seam was necessary. The cover included a new bead attachment on the front end and all the snaps were installed.  It was C$270 and was done in about 3 hours.

It's too bad I thought of this after but I'd recommend asking the manufacturer to put a double layer of PVC where the cover sits on the 4 support pole attachments.

The shop also made us an awning including poles for $200.  We no longer have a local dealer that could bring in the factory-made one.

I installed a rear cargo deck on our quicksilver 10.0 today. It's a Curt 18100 Aluminum Cargo deck I ordered on amazon.  I assembled it without the 2" folding receiver tubes so it would sit flat on my bumper. Without the receiver tube, I used a couple pieces of 1/2" conduit as spacers when attaching the support brackets. To attach it, I removed the 2 support-pole brackets from the camper. I drilled matching holes in the rack and then reinstalled the brackets through the side of the rack, bolting it firmly to the frame. I also bolted the rack to the bumper.  I removed these  taillights and drilled the bolt hole right above the electrical access so I could install the washer and nut on the bolt.

Everything seems very sturdy. I think I'll install a couple of fork mount blocks on the base of the cargo rack so I can transport bikes. If I do, I'll post some more pictures.
