That was exactly my problem before. I had like 8 tabs open every day. Then I found gbctime (https://gbc-time.org/) and it kind of simplified things. It's not perfect, but it covers a bit of everything in one place. Now I just check it first, and only dig deeper if something really catches my attention. Saves a lot of time honestly.
