How do property managers help landlords keep rental income stable? I'm worried about long vacancy periods.

Vacancies can really affect rental income if a property stays empty for too long. Marketing, pricing, and responding quickly to applicants all play a role. When I started having trouble filling a unit I used the services of Equium Group property management company in Calgary , follow the link - equium.ca (https://www.equium.ca/)  , after reading about their leasing approach. Their marketing and tenant placement process helped bring in more inquiries and shorten the vacancy period significantly.
