Title: Telemedicine Platform Upgrade
Post by: PiterFreide01 on February 13, 2026, 02:44:06 PM
I manage a small telemedicine platform and patients often complain that booking appointments feels confusing. We have developers, but no UX specialist. Do we really need a UX agency, or can our dev team just improve the interface themselves?

Developers can fix technical issues, but UX specialists focus on user behavior and clarity. If you're unsure what value they bring, explore what does ux designer do (https://clay.global/blog/top-ux-agencies/what-is-a-ux-design-agency) to understand their role in research, structure, and usability testing. A UX agency helps align medical workflows with patient expectations, reducing friction and improving trust in your platform.
