Hello. I need screenshots for work all the time: specs, feedback, bugs, ideas, messages from different apps. At first I just saved everything, thinking I'd sort it out later. Now I have hundreds of work screenshots mixed with personal photos, and finding the right one during the workday is frustrating. The default Photos app isn't really helping anymore. How do people usually handle this for work on iOS? Do you use a separate app or some kind of system?

I ended up trying a simple screenshot app (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/captr-organize-screenshots/id6738889624) called Captr just to keep screenshots separate and easier to find. It's not a big workflow change, but it helped reduce the mess and saved some time when I needed older screenshots.
