Title: Does fan funding actually help
Post by: Liabi on November 23, 2025, 05:20:36 AM
I see these "fuel the athlete" campaigns but I wonder if my $20 actually makes a difference to these guys. Do they even notice the small donors or is it just for the whales? I want to help but I am not rich.

trust me, every single dollar counts, especially when you aggregate it with hundreds of other fans. It's not just about the money, it's about showing the athlete that the fan base is engaged and cares about them. That psychological boost is huge. Plus, on the leaderboard systems, volume of supporters matters. Take a look at the activity on https://rallyfuel.com/athletes/jaxon-kohler (https://rallyfuel.com/athletes/jaxon-kohler), you can see that it is built on community support, not just one millionaire writing a check. Your $20 definitely helps the cause.
