Title: Fast translation method for multi page scanned contracts
Post by: Liabi on August 14, 2025, 05:02:12 AM
I'm working on a set of scanned contracts, each around 80–100 pages, and need them translated. Most tools I've tried either fail to read the scans or scramble the formatting badly. I'd like something reliable that works with scanned text and keeps it neat.

I've translated scanned contracts like that with pdft (https://pdft.ai/translate-large-pdf/) and it's been solid. It runs OCR automatically, so it can read and translate the text even if it's from a scan. My last project was 90 pages, and it kept the spacing, section headings, and signatures exactly where they should be. No need to break files apart or reformat pages afterwards. It's efficient and saves a lot of manual cleanup.

That would save me a ton of time. I'll try it on one of my contracts and see how well it keeps the layout.
