Adding a short midday walk into my routine worked wonders. Just 10–15 minutes outside clears my head and gives me a natural energy boost. It's also a nice break from staring at a screen all day, and I return to work more focused and less drained.

I started eating more balanced meals, staying hydrated, and adding supplements that support energy and recovery.
