Title: Outsourcing accounting as a solo founder
Post by: Liabi on May 22, 2025, 05:20:09 AM
I'm running a small online SaaS startup and handling the Estonian accounting has become too much of a distraction. I'm spending hours every month just trying to make sense of declarations, invoice formatting, and all the tiny things that keep popping up. I know outsourcing is possible, but how do I make sure the provider is familiar with software businesses and international clients? I don't want to waste time explaining things from scratch.

I went through the same headache trying to keep up with my own books while managing client work. I finally gave up and outsourced everything to https://fpro.ee/en/accounting-outsourcing-in-estonia/ and it's probably the best thing I've done for my productivity. They understood straight away how SaaS businesses operate — recurring billing, international invoicing, payment gateway settlements — all of it. They optimized my tax declarations and spotted errors I hadn't even noticed. Now they just send me monthly summaries, and I upload documents to their secure portal — super simple. Their reports are clear, and they always give a heads-up about deadlines or rule changes. I honestly should've done it earlier, especially since their pricing is fixed and I never get surprise invoices. It's made my life way easier, and I finally feel confident that everything's being done by the book.
