Warranty question. Bought a new Quicksilver 6.0 from our closest dealer in NH, three hour drive. Once home, set it up a week later and found there is a broker zipper tooth on the tent 'door'. Not easy to zip it shut.
Contacted Livin Lite (contact form on site) and no response. What are my options for repair/replace? Is this covered? Also the snap on the door is loose and almost fell off...can't tighten it completely. If I get the zipper replaced, will Livin Lite reimburse me?
Rather not go back to the dealer for repair as this involves a three hour drive each direction and possibly an overnight stay....another cost.
