I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I was wondering if you ever ended up sealing or treating the plywood floor? I'm looking into doing something similar and curious if you noticed any difference in durability or moisture resistance afterward. Did anyone consider using a marine-grade varnish, or did a simple urethane coat do the trick for long-term use?

I had an issue with low airflow in my setup and ended up making a few small mods. Also found some good gear for replacing parts and accessories at www.smokeday.com (http://www.smokeday.com/)—they've got a nice range and the prices were better than local spots. Made a noticeable difference once everything was sealed up right and running smoother.
