Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to share my positive experience with pranayama for thyroid (https://www.yuvaap.com/blogs/pranayama-for-thyroid/) issues. Over the past few months, I've been practicing pranayama regularly, and the results have been remarkable. Pranayama, which involves controlled breathing exercises, has helped me maintain better thyroid health.
I particularly recommend Anulom Vilom, a simple yet highly effective pranayama technique. It involves alternate nostril breathing and helps balance the thyroid gland. It's been a game-changer for me.
Remember, it's crucial to practice pranayama under proper guidance, and results may vary from person to person. But if you're dealing with thyroid concerns, it's definitely worth giving it a try!
Please share your experiences or any other tips you might have for thyroid health. Let's support each other on this journey to better well-being.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging anything and I believe that everyone is free to choose how to treat and keep their body in good condition. But personally, I find all this Ayurvedic stuff not very effective.
In the last year, I have completely eliminated everything I used to use to keep myself healthy, finally relaxed and feeling better. I even allowed myself to eat pancetta, something I denied myself for a very long time, thinking it was too fatty for me. By the way, I recommend shopping at Gourmet, here you can find true pancetta that origins in Spain (https://www.gourmetfoodstore.com/wagyu-beef-and-specialty-meats/pancetta-0984). My conclusion about everything that has to do with maintaining my health is that the more I worry about it, the worse I feel.
