The flaking is a result of cheap material. I have seen that a lot on Phoenix Cruiser motorhomes. Also occurs on regular house furniture. Nothing can be done. Manufacturers claim bad batch but not the case. It is cheap, thin fake leather material that doesn't hold up. Try covers or replacement with cloth cushions.

Saw new 21 footer advertised and it had the new metal cabinet doors. Sharp! Glad they were brought back!

Dual wardrobes! Ya baby! I have only seen one other like that. LL custom built it for the customer. I could never figure out the point of one wardrobe. With only one my wife gets full use! It balances the room and gives valuable space for hanging clothes. Might have to look into a new unit!
