Check the black panel connection box on the tongue.  Mine had a loose connection.  And the box was broken.  Both repaired under warranty.

We had a hail storm and are now replacing those covers... Thank you for the good info; we'll be replacing them with better ones.  But the video we watched talked about taking the fan out to re-attach the actuator...  And the screws in that are some kind of strange thing -- with torx-type points and 2 Allen-type flat surfaces.  1.  Do we need to drop the fan to re-attach the actuator? 2. If we do, what the heck are those screws?

I just replaced original cover with metal lid.  Tools-number 2 square, Phillips head and needle nose pliers.  This video was helpful, but does not include fan information. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKORCcsBbfU  You do need to remove the fan to access the actuator screws, but take your time and it relatively easy.

I have a 2016 Camplite 16TB and do not see a flush kit in the system.  Help me locate where mine is located.

You can go back and forth with LL or you can buy your own bolts for a couple of bucks at the hardware store. That is what I would do. CharlieM was one of the original LL owners whose coupler bent. He posted a description of his fix and the size of the bolts over on the old LL forum. The aluminiumcamperforum has a link to the archives that you can search.
