CampLite Travel Trailers / rear access hatch for FK11
October 10, 2021, 07:25:19 PM
Curious if anyone has any idea how to source parts, specifically the small rear access/hatch door on the back of the FK11. Ours is the 2015 model and appears that the panel is starting to disintegrate. We are doing some clean up on it in anticipation of selling it and this is one of the things on our list. Thanks.

Curious if anyone else has had this issue. Halfway through a road trip the upper cabinet over the bed that has the electrical wiring and radio attached to it came OFF the wall. Found it sitting on the bed but luckily none of the wiring was broken. We just returned and have yet to investigate further but appears it is just held on the wall with 5 or 6 screws and a few in the ceiling. Not totally sure there is any reinforcements  in the wall that is was screwed into? First time in my life of owning many campers that I have EVER had this issue. Any thoughts  or others who might have had this issue? Thanks.

Man, that is exactly what we are going after. You have that same platform on yours.
I will check with Thule and see what they have available since they seem to be one of the major players in the roof racks. Do you off hand know what brand yours was?
Thanks!

So we are trying to figure out a way to put a bike rack on the nice aluminum platform on the back of our FK11 trailer. Considering some type of roof rack bike system that we could bolt down to it. Wife does not want to have to remove the front wheel every time she loads so the truck mount systems aren't really an option since you have to remove the front wheel every time.

Any ideas of a particular system or something that someone has done similar to this perhaps?

Thanks all.

We have a 2015 FK11 Camplite we bought last year and just found this forum. Looks like a wealth of information!
