The converter is an Elixer ELX25

Our Quicksilver 8.0 does not operate on just the 12 volt battery when disconnected from the 110 current. The battery is brand new.  I have checked the 4 15amp fuses in the converter and they are all okay. Is there an in-line fuse somewhere else? Any other suggestions? Thanks, Lily

In Arlington where we live never lost power but some folks are still dark. Thanks for the info. We will tow with a 2003 Saab Aero manual with 195,000 miles on it. Drove the QS 8.0 home up some hills like it wasn't even there. Beats buying a new truck! LiLy aka chic magnet

Hi All, should have done this right the 1st time... we are new owners of a 2013 8.0 Quicksilver and can't wait to set out from frigid VT for warmer climes. Hope to do the US east coast to the FL Keys then a route across the lower 48 to CA, OR and back. Will leave mid December, weather permitting... Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Hi All! Lily would like to ask if anyone has ever strapped a cargo bag or box to the top of a Quicksilver Tent Camper while towing. We are new owners and appreciate any help or suggestions.
