Title: Roof Support
Post by: TuonoV4R on October 12, 2017, 03:47:13 PM
Hi all-
Wondering if anyone can answer a couple questions. I have a 2016 Quicksilver VRV 85x26.  I have a leak in front of coach soaking the bed. It seems to be in front of the ceiling vent and below the exterior joint where panels meet and are caulked. I need to get a closer look and can the roof support my weight?  Thinking about using a piece of plywood to sit on.  I did take a look from a ladder and vents and seam look well caulked.  I guess I need to check the air conditioner seal as well.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Yes It will support your weight.  That is how the A/C's are installed.  Still does not hurt to use a piece of plywood but that is not done when we set the A/C.
