We have a QBB13 and the cushion/bed part pulled off ours too. Hadn't even been used as a bed but we kept finding bolts on the floor after travel. My husband a piece of 1x3" hardwood at each end where the frame bolts into the base and used glue and self tapping screws through the hardwood into the base and then used self tapping screws to fasten down the frame of the bed. It was a pain because he had to remove the cushions from the frame so he could install the frame. But it's firmly in place now and our granddaughter slept on it for several weeks in our last camping trip and it hasn't loosened at all.

Hi from Bradford Ontario! We bought a 2015 13QBB a year and a half ago. We just love it, although we are still working out the kinks as far as being able to camp without electricity (the battery and propane couldn't keep the fridge going for even 24 hours.) We had decided after a very wet camping trip in a tent that we weren't going to do that anymore, and we are really happy to be able to be able to just get into the trailer when the weather is bad. It's pretty crowded with all of our stuff and a large dog, but we are very happy with it. Lots of people come by to take a look at it and are quite impressed.

No, we don't have a defrost on this one, but thank you for trying to help us figure it out.

Thanks everyone! It's exciting to think that it could run for a week on propane and battery. The battery was dead after trying to ignite the fridge for a while - you could hear the fridge trying to light. Then my husband plugged the car into the trailer and the car battery died. We will try with a new battery and see what happens.

We were trying to run it with propane but needed battery power as well to keep it going. This is our first trailer and we thought it could run for a couple of days lol. It seemed to start the fridge once and then was too weak to keep it going. So we thought maybe a generator for those times when we don't have electricity available.

I'm wondering if anyone is using a propane inverter generator. When we don't have an electrical site our 13QBB trailer battery isn't able to even run the fridge.

Thanks! However, the issue is when we don't have electrical access.

Has anyone tried a propane inverter generator in their camper? We love our QB13 but if we don't get an electric site the battery isn't enough to run the fridge. We are considering a generator but not sure and we heard the inverter type is the quietest.
