General Q & A / Re: 2013 13QBB interior height

The shower seems a tiny bit lower but not enough to matter.  There's enough standing room in my opinion.

That's good news I'd say.  It'd be pretty hard for them to deny that as a warranty claim. The PITA part will be the time it takes to correct.

I believe that the 16 foot model was a double axle when it was originally released back in 2012-2013, then after Thor purchased Livin-Lite some of the 16's were single axle and some were double axle depending on the inside layout.  That is all unimportant, if your axle is a 2500 lb axle then they installed the wrong axle.  My 2013 13QBB has a 3000lb axle and that was the standard axle so there's no way they would have spec'd a 2500 lb for a larger single axle trailer.

So you're saying you have single axle 16TBS with a 2500 lb axle? If the answer is yes they put the wrong axle on it I think.

CampLite Travel Trailers / Re: Rear Lights

They are definitely lit, not reflectors.  I would suspect that your clearance lights are on a separate wire from your brake lights and that wire has broken.

I believe that a regular stud finder of the type used on an interior house wall will also work to show you the aluminum studs.

I know of two people that had strap failures so I wouldn't risk it.  I had my straps reinforced and only put about 5 to 8 gallons in for travel. Better safe then sorry.

Any way to check and see if the cooling liquid is still in the system?  I think it's ammonia based but I'm not sure.  Sounds like you checked everything else.

I'm 6'3" and can walk fully upright in my 2013 13QBB. You should have no worries.

The simple answer is the battery system charges when you are on shore power and it also charges when you are plugged into your truck.  You do have a converter, don't know where on that model, when you are on shore power the power converter directs regular 120 volt power to the standard household wall sockets and also converts some 120 volt current to 12 volt current for the camper parts that run on 12 volts while also charging the battery.

The most critical one is probably the recall for the drawbar.  You would need to have that fixed before you could use the camper.

General Q & A / Re: 13BHB Optional Fold Down Bunk>

No problem at all.

So if you're standing in the camper looking towards the front wall:

From left to right the bunk is 79"
From the edge to the front wall the bunk is 22"
From the edge to the roof is 25"
From the middle of the bunk to the roof is 18"
From the edge closest to the front wall to the roof the height is basically zero since the front wall is a curve.  The bunk is bolted to the the wall at the start of the curve.
The mattress that comes stock is 4" thick similar to the other mattresses that come stock. Not terribly comfortable but may be okay for a kid.

Hope this is helpful

If you have a specific dimension you want let me know and I'll go measure, the camper is right out back, lonely and longing for attention.

I have a 13QBB with the fold down bunk on the front wall, I assume you're talking about that bunk and no the optional tip out? The posted weight capacity is 125 lbs and I'd say there's enough headroom for a child to get in and out of the bunk but probably not enough for them to sit up.
