Product Questions and Recommendations / Screws for bottom board in shelves

Hi everybody,
New any proud LivinLite owner. Would like to make some modifications/repairs but can not figure out what tool to use to loosen the screws that secure the bottom to the cabinets. Looks like a hex but nothing fits. Even tried metric. Any ideas?
