Look for a sticker from Challenger Door.  It should have a model number on it.  You can then order a new door from them.  https://challengerdoor.com

General Q & A / Re: Soft Floors?

The flooring on this model is not the all aluminum flooring but rather the composite material over the aluminum framing.

My 2017 21RBS has soft floors also in the walking area around the kitchen/dining area.  Seems we can feel the aluminum ribs, but in between the floor is soft/sagging when walking on it.  Any suggestions as to how to repair this?  We are heading out for a 3 month "snow-bird" excursion and would like to repair prior to going.
Thanks.

Hi - Time to move forward from our camper.

We've upgraded the floor, table, countertop, sink, faucet, one of the vents, and added a fluid level measuring system. Camper has been great but probably camped in less than 20 nights. Winterized every year. Interior is in great condition. Outside was polished 1.5 years ago but could use it again soon. Front decal is coming off but the rest of the trailer is great.  Awning also replaced 3 years ago.

You know the details. All aluminum, cabinets and everything. You could probably dunk this thing in a lake and let it dry out and it would be good to go.

$25,500

Title in hand.

CampLite Travel Trailers / Re: livinlite camplite 13bhb-locating roof trusses
« Last post by hrolfur on October 21, 2021, 03:07:22 PM »
The Camplite has metal trusses and metal roof which a stud finder could not locate the trusses from the outside.

The solution was:
-stud find found the metal trusses & truss spacing through the interior azdel roof
-transfer metal trusses inside locations to the outside roof
-drill small pilot hole in first truss to confirm 100% truss location

The above method resulted in an easy solar panel installation to the roof trusses

I hope this will guide other Camplite owners on similar roof projects.
