I'm in the same boat. You would need a lift kit, as yours has a small wheel well, which can't be modified. The off road kit had a 2200 pound axle, so check yours to see what you have. If you have the 1500 pound axle you may want to think about upgrading it. Give Dexter Axle a call and they should be able to assist you with what you would need to lift it, as well as the axle parts you need if you want to upgrade.
Junkxj is currently modifying a 6.0:

Thanks for the help and info on the axle, I'll have to check what mine is rated for when I get the trailer out of storage.
My understanding is that for 2018 all QS models have the larger wheel wells, but it does look like the off road models have a lift of about 3"-3.5" compared with base models. If someone could post a picture of how the axle is mounted on their 2018 Off Road Package QS that would be great.
It also looks like the Off road models have longer stabilizer jacks and that the front stabilizer jack is mounted on additional aluminum block and the rear jack is mounted closer to the back. I'm not sure if a longer tongue jack would also be required?
My preference would be to purchase the Off Road Package wheels from Livin' Lite but if I can't do that these look the same wheels but I'd need to confirm these specs are correct: 15X6, 5 on 4.5 lug spacing, 3.19" center bore, 0 offset. Tire size for the Off Road Package looks to be 235/75R15.
