If it is electric, check the heater element.  Also check to see if the hot water tank has water in it.  If not, turn the valve so it fills.  If your water heater is empty and you turned on the element, you likely burned it out.  Check the manual for how to change.  Its not hard and the elements arent expensive.  Voice of experience here.

Hope you were able to figure this out. Still.
It could be the heating element is bad. Have you ever had the switch on with no water in the tank? This way element will be damaged in a very short time. But it can be other things. Also you can try is to push in on the reset located on water heater if you have one.
We bought our livinlite with a different water heater (previous owner upgrade) that works both on propane and electricity and electric option was turned off by the default. Worth checking as well. Take off the cover to the hot water heater and look for a small (normally black) rocker switch. Make sure it is in the "On" position.

Make sure the winter by pass is not on.  There should be three valves by your hot water tank. RV antifreeze will ruin the heating element. When winterizing the by pass is opened and the HW tank is isolated so antifreeze will not get pumped into the tank.  So close the one by pass valve and open the cold in and hot out valves to your HW tank.  If you ran the electric heat with no water the element may be bad.  Running it with propane without water will not hurt he HW tank. Good luck.
