I own a motorhome and I use power washer to clean it. I read in the description that the power washer can also be used to clean canvas. You may want to try it out.

Older Model Lines / Re: Water heater switch?

The switch is meant to turn on and off propane water. Probably the former owner has done some changes on the wiring.

Good morning,
My wife Heidi and I have started researching the nomad lifestyle. I am a 69 y/o senior and Heidi is 62. We have never owned  or traveled in a camper and have no idea what we might ultimately wind up doing. Currently we both still work, driving as subcontractors delivering auto parts in Wisconsin.
I drive a Prius V, and I bought a Highlander hybrid awd for her. The Highlander is rated to tow 3,500 lbs. so unless we upgrade to a stronger suv or truck thatís our beginning point.
I hope to learn a lot here from all of you traveling veterans and hope to not be a bother to anyone

CampLite Travel Trailers / Re: Propane

I was always frustrated because the status panel in my RV wouldn't accurately read Propane quantity. I decided that the sender was bad. I ordered this propane tank gauge. It took me about 25 minutes to install, and suddenly, the systems was working perfectly. I love the unit.

General Q & A / generator/inverter
« Last post by Dogkinkead on November 22, 2021, 01:44:09 PM »
I have a 13QBB with the air conditioner mounted through the side, looks like a conventional AC window unit.  Question is what size generator or inverter would I need to run the AC while boondocking?
