We like but it can be a PIA to put on & take off.

I forgot to add a piece of advice for the newbies. Do not take off the safety chains until your tires are chalked and raised off the tow hitch. Give it a shove if stable then un chain.

Welcome,

This site is a good source along with https://aluminumcamperforum.com/index.php

You bought a great camper. Lots of you tube videos for learning all those "systems " on board your camper.

Remember all Camp Lite campers can function without out 110V minus the AC and Microwave.

Happy Trails!

Ammo Bob lots of the old crew can be found at Aluminum Campers Forum too. Good luck on the house build.

Get the BAL lever. As a former 6.0 owner you will appreciate it.

QuickSilver Tent Campers / Re: Awning Question

We added a zipper to our existing awning. My thoughts are we really liked the awning.  A good place to get in and out when raining and great shade when sunny. Pop ups are nice until the wind comes. I have seen many end up in the dumpster while our 12 X 12 tarp stood strong.

Welcome and Happy Trails.

Also as new campers I recommend a shake down trip close to home or a Walmart. Your camper comes well set up to go a weekend without a 110 electric site (minus the AC & convection oven) or get a electric site and test all your systems. If you have issues ask another camper for assistance most are friendly and will glad to help out a newbie.

Lana/Larry, Lots of discussions on the rear bumper for bikes and the issue of weight vs bumper design can be found at https://aluminumcamperforum.com.

Finger nails on the sides and a razor blade on the tube aluminum.

General Q & A / Re: Tank monitoring system
May 25, 2017, 06:18:20 PM
The drain valves are near the low point. You have to get down on your hands and knees and look up. Should be two twist valves one red and the other blue. Then on the side of the fresh water tank there should be a valve to open too. On my TBS they are all under the hot water heater.

Sounds like your battery is charged, your fresh water tank is full and both the gray and black tanks are empty. Happy Camping.

I have been able to remove 90% of the stickers off our trailer. Best to keep that black valve open when using the black flush connection. I do close mine count to twenty and open the valve to help flush out the tank.
