Taking an august trip to Cape Henlopen DE . Anyone else ever camp there? they have New sites with Electric/water etc . If anyone is going the 15th or later let us know. It would be great to look at others setups etc.

Look forward to hearing how the sites are. We've heard about the new sites but haven't gotten there yet. We are going to Assateague in a few weeks for the first time.
Cape Henlopen was terrific. The campsites are all paved . The shower/restrooms are good too, but it seemed the weekend we were there the demand was high...it was 90's most of the time so showers were in demand. Store is new and furnished as well. Would recommend going to this campsite if your interested in the beach. it was a short walk but plenty of parking if you preferred to walk to the dunes and beach.
