We just purchased a new 2018 Quicksilver 8.1. We have been tent camping for 40 years, and I grew up in a camping family that had a van conversion and a small pop-up camper. I worked for an RV dealership a few years ago. The simplicity and materials used in this pop-up is what attracted us to the Quicksilver. We've been testing it out prior to our first trip next week. I slept in it in our driveway last night. We had some rain but not much wind. No leaks so far. Glad to have this forum available for questions and advice.

Congrats, love the simplicity of the QS. We had an early QS10 and now have a CL21RBS (with an Aliner Ranger 15 in between).
