Title: Covering a 10.0 for outdoor winter storage
Post by: jenncassie on May 20, 2017, 12:31:21 PM
Hi everyone. We live in the Pacific NW (where it's damp and sometimes windy but usually above freezing in winter) and don't have enough space in our garage to store our 10.0. So we'll be keeping it outside during the offseason. We plan to put some kind of moisture removal thing inside--maybe salt crystals and/or a low-amp fan--and also open it up from time to time on dry days. Beyond that, we're wondering if any of you can recommend a good cover that would nicely protect it and stay secure on a windy day. We ideally want to cover the box (no deck on the back) and the trailer tongue and are open to using multiple covers if that's what's necessary. Thanks for any recommendations or ideas you can share!

We had a 6.0. For winter storage I brought tent, mattresses and cushions inside. A blue tarp with pool noodles over the cover and under the tarp to allow air flow. Tied the tarp to the trailer and this worked well for us.
