Title: How is French cheese different from Italian cheese?
Post by: WobrGraboid on April 01, 2024, 06:44:23 AM
In some stores I see French cheese which is made in France and people are particular about it. What is its advantage and, for example, the difference from cheese from Italy or Switzerland?

I'm sorry, but I can't really give you a clue here. I'm not a cheese expert.

I think first of all the difference is in the varieties of cheese. After all, each country has its own special cheeses, and it is worth trying the authentic versions to fully appreciate the richness of flavor. I like French cheeses, and you can shop original french cheese online here (https://www.gourmetfoodstore.com/cheese-and-butter/french-cheese-0803). The Gourmet Food Store has a wide variety of products, including cheeses. But other categories may also interest foodies.
