Hi, I'm trying to replace the AC unit in our QS 10.0, and I can't figure out how to get it out. It looks like I need to remove the black plastic panel on the top (AKA the seat). It looks like it might be glued on, but I'm afraid I'll break it if I try to force it. Can someone point me in the right direction?  Thanks!
