General Q & A / Re: Values

I can find a folding step for a camp lite?  Mine got flattened by a tow truck.  I can find the length that matches the mounting holes but not the depth.  Mine is about 9" front to back.  Any vidmate help is greatly appreciated.

You should be turning off the breaker at the pedestal before plugging in or disconnecting. People have been badly vidmate shocked doing it with the breaker on and it appears you are getting a surge when you are doing it causing your problem.

CampLite Travel Trailers / Re: What does EGS mean?

Anyone know what EGS as it relates to the aluminum framing on a travel trailer from Livin Lite might mean?

I have a drawing from Livin Lite of the back wall of my 21RBS price chopper direct connect   travel trailer.  At the bottom of the drawing it shows studs with cross hatching and it says EGS Flush This Side but I have no idea what bluestacks EGS might mean?

Thanks for your help in advance.

The Aluma-Lite has been a popular trailer for decades! It's reliable and lightweight, so it's not difficult to haul.

The lighter weight trailers seem to cause anxiety for people when they worry about how the wind affects lightweight trailers. The problem has been mainly solved by the physical design and construction of trailers.

We put 15K miles on our 8.0 this summer.  Loved every minute of ipage!!  Now we are looking to replace the original tires but are at a loss as to which brand or type of tire to buy.  Is there an obvious best tire for this trailer?   Or maybe a reliable tire dealer to work with?

Thanks for any information you can provide.

MRF tires are the best for RVs. They are tubeless and zinc coated. Has better grip on the tracks.
