I had to order a new tent last summer (2018) due to a major mold issue on our 2012 XLP 14. I had a pretty good experience with Top Stitch, though understand, they are small, and somewhat slow to respond. I ended up calling and speaking directly to the production manager to order. It took about 6 weeks.

As for your supports, you can order or purchase locally some square aluminum tubing, cut to length, and add your hardware. Also, most good hardware stores will have all the parts you need.

We love our camper, but extremely pissed and disappointed with the lack of support from the manufacturer, especially when it comes to parts. Livin'Lite has totally lost us as a future customer. When we can no longer find parts, it will be turned into a utility/snowmobile trailer.

I need to replace my entire tent due to storm damage which is beyond repair. I called a dealer that I have ordered parts from in the recent past and they informed me that Livin Lite is no longer making the 14 XLP and they are unable to get the tent assembly for me. I really hope this is not true as this camper is only 6 years old!!! Someone must make this tent. Does anyone know of a manufacturer? I emailed LIvin Lite customer service 5 days ago, but no response. I really like this camper, but it will be the last thing I ever buy from this company due to poor customer service response and all the hoops one must jump through just to get replacement parts. Thank you.

Can I ask how much they charged for a new tonneau? Our nearby dealer is a non responder too.

It was around $220 plus shipping. Included all the snaps, just make sure you get a good, heavy duty snap tool, it will make install so much easier.

Thanks for the info! I got lucky today and Prosser RV in Wisconsin is helping me out. Hopefully I'll have the new one soon.

Thanks for the info. I contacted them today, and unfortunately, they do not supply the tonneau covers to Livin Lite. Livin Lite is doing their customers a great disservice by not allowing the customer to buy these parts direct from the factory. I have contacted 3 dealers now, all with no response.

Would anyone know of a dealer who could help me get a new tonneau cover for our 14 XLP? I contacted Livin Lite directly last spring, and they provided me with two dealers, one in NH, and one in GA, neither of whom would return emails or phone calls. Unfortunately, the dealer I purchased my XLP from in 2013 no longer sells the Livin Lite. My cover is worn through in multiple places and needs replacement ASAP! Thanks.
